A 10-day review and approval period
During that period you can review the website and request changes within your two structured amendment rounds. Decline in writing before the deadline and no subscription payment is taken: the website stays offline and is not published or supplied elsewhere. Approve it and the managed service subscription begins on the approval and launch date.
How the review period works

We use this model to build long-term customer relationships. We hope that, as your business grows, some customers will choose us for optional services such as SEO, advertising, branding or print, but the website offer never depends on buying them.
The other honest condition: applications are reviewed. The free-build model is designed for standard business websites. If your project needs ecommerce, bespoke software or complex integrations, we will explain the options and provide a separate quotation where appropriate.

Because we want the relationship, not a large one-off invoice. Your monthly payment covers hosting, maintenance, backups, security and support. Some customers later choose optional marketing or design services, that possibility is what makes the model work.
Is it just a cheap template?
No. We use a professional WordPress and Elementor production system, but your structure, content, services, calls to action and visual presentation are adapted around your business. It is a bespoke build, not a purchased theme, and we do not place you inside a closed website builder that only our company controls.
Is this one of those AI websites?
It is a real WordPress website produced through a human-led process. We may use modern tools internally to work efficiently, but you speak with a real person, review the website before launch and receive a standard WordPress build rather than a locked AI-builder account.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. It is a monthly managed service with no minimum term, so you can cancel anytime. Like any website subscription, the site is part of that service, so it comes down if you stop.
Will it rank number one on Google?
The website includes sound technical and on-page foundations, but no responsible agency can guarantee a number-one ranking. Competitive SEO is an ongoing service and can be added separately if it makes commercial sense for you.
