The process

How it works, from application to launch

No payment to apply. A real conversation before anything is built. A clear review process before anything goes live. Here is the whole journey.

Step 1

Apply online

Complete a short application about your business, what you do, where you work and roughly what the website needs. It is quick enough to do on your phone, and no card details are taken. We review every application to make sure the standard package genuinely suits the business before anyone commits to anything.

What we ask for

Step 2

Book your video consultation

Once your application is in, you book a video call with a real member of the team. The call is discovery, not a sales pitch: we work out which pages you need, what content and photos exist, which work you most want to attract, and whether the standard package is right. If your project needs something outside the standard scope, we say so and explain the options.

On the call we cover

Step 3

Agreement and payment method

If we are both happy to proceed, we send a plain-English service summary and the website service agreement, and collect your billing details securely. Nothing is charged merely for applying or having the consultation, the monthly service charge is confirmed with you before production begins.

Before we build

Step 4

Send us your content

We give you a structured checklist for the content and assets the website needs: your logo, photos, service details, reviews and contact information. This step matters, the faster the essentials arrive, the faster the build starts. Our 48–72 working-hour preview target only begins once we have everything we need.

Step 5

We build your first preview

Using your consultation and content, we design and build the first working version of the website in WordPress and Elementor, a bespoke build around your business, not a template dropped over your logo. We aim to share a private preview link within roughly 48–72 working hours of receiving the required information.

The build includes

Step 6

Your 10-day review and approval period starts

When your first preview lands we send a private preview link and confirm the exact date your 10-calendar-day review and approval period ends. Look at the website properly, share it with whoever needs to see it, and ask for reasonable changes. If it is not right for your business, decline in writing before the deadline and no payment is taken. The website stays offline and is not published or supplied elsewhere. We have carried the cost of the build, not you.

During the review period

Step 7

Review and refine

You review the preview and send one consolidated list of changes per amendment round, up to two structured rounds are included before launch. Genuinely new scope or functionality is quoted separately, so there are no surprises on either side. Nothing goes live until you have explicitly approved it.

Review works like this

Step 8

Launch and ongoing management

We connect your domain, run technical checks, test the forms and launch. From then on, your £29.99 + VAT per month covers managed hosting, SSL, backups, WordPress and plugin maintenance, security monitoring and support, so the website stays fast, secure and online while you run the business.

After launch

Worth knowing

What can slow a project down

Almost every delayed website is waiting for the same things. You can avoid all of them.

Missing content and photos

The preview target starts when the essentials arrive. Gather photos, service details and reviews early and the build moves quickly.

Scattered feedback

One consolidated list per amendment round keeps things moving. A slow drip of individual messages stretches the timeline.

Domain access

If your domain is registered with an old provider or previous developer, finding the login early avoids a last-minute scramble.
