Website Service Terms

Draft for review, this content is awaiting final review and approval by Leverage Digital Limited and is not yet legally confirmed.

Who we are

These terms are provided by Leverage Digital Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16778752, VAT registration number 504831412, registered office 14th Floor The Plaza, Old Hall Street, Liverpool, L3 9QJ.

The service

Leverage Digital Limited provides the design and build of a standard business website with no upfront design or development fee, together with an ongoing managed service of hosting, maintenance, backups, security monitoring and technical support charged at £29.99 plus VAT per month.

Scope

The standard package includes up to 15 standard content pages as described on the What’s Included page. Ecommerce, booking systems, membership functionality, bespoke software, custom integrations and other listed exclusions are not included and may be quoted separately. Two structured amendment rounds are included before launch.

Applications

All projects are subject to application review and acceptance. Submitting an application does not create a contract and no payment is taken at application.

10-day website review and approval period

When your first website preview is ready, we will provide a private preview link and confirm the date on which your 10-calendar-day review and approval period begins.

During this period, you can review the proposed website and request reasonable amendments within the amendment allowance included with your website package, which is two structured amendment rounds.

The website will remain on a private preview environment during the review period. It will not be published on your live domain until it has been approved and the managed service subscription has commenced.

You may decline the website by providing written notice before the review deadline. If you decline during the review period, no monthly subscription payment will be taken. The website will remain offline and will not be published, transferred, exported or supplied for use elsewhere.

If you approve the website before the end of the review period, the managed hosting, maintenance and support subscription will begin on the approval and launch date.

If you do not approve or decline the website before the stated deadline, the website will be treated as approved at the end of the 10-day review period. The managed service subscription will then commence, subject to the customer having previously accepted the agreement and authorised recurring payments.

The first subscription payment will be calculated on a prorated basis from the subscription commencement date to the end of that calendar month. After that, the full monthly payment of £29.99 plus VAT will be collected automatically on the first day of each month.

The review period does not transfer ownership of the website, WordPress installation, Elementor templates, design files or development work to the customer. Website ownership and migration rights remain subject to the separate ownership provisions, including the requirement for 24 completed monthly payments.

Customer-supplied materials

Logos, photographs, written content and any other materials supplied by the customer remain the property of the customer. They are separate from ownership of the website design, the WordPress installation and the development work, which are governed by the ownership provisions above.

Cancellation

The managed service can be cancelled at any time. If cancellation occurs before 24 completed monthly payments, hosting and management end at the end of the paid service period and the website is taken offline. The website build is not supplied for migration or transfer before that point.

Ownership milestone

After 24 completed monthly payments the customer becomes eligible to retain the website and may request a standard WordPress export or migrate the website to a compatible host. Third-party premium licences, subscriptions, stock assets and agency-owned services do not automatically transfer.

Domains

Customer domains should be registered in the customer’s name wherever practicable.

Full agreement

These summary terms are provided for transparency. The full website service agreement, provided before we start work, governs the service, including payment timing, support scope and processes for failed payments, suspension and restoration.
